Kid taking a picture in the gallery of a sculpture

Go on a photographic adventure inspired by the images in our newly opened exhibition, Through the Lens of Father Browne, S.J.: Photographic Adventures of an Irish Priest. On day one of this two-day workshop, young photographers will explore the exhibition, learn about the process of film photography and how to compose images, and receive a disposable film camera to document their adventures over the course of a week. At the end of the week, they will drop their cameras off at the Museum for the film to be developed. On day two of the workshop, we will share images and “tour” each others’ photographs.

This workshop is best for children ages 8 to 11.

The workshop is free, but registration is required and limited to 12 children. Register here.
