One of the most fascinating and campiest films from Mexican cinema riffs off the Adam West version of Batman and takes the already campy crimefighter from Gotham to places that he could never go—including Acapulco. Gloria (Maura Monti) is in the dizzy heights of high society as well as the even more dizzying heights of the top rope as she moonlights as a professional wrestler. Those personas fuse into her persona of The Batwoman, who has Adam West's uniform just in a mod bikini cut. In her latest case, she's taking on a mad scientist who is hellbent on creating a subaquatic army of soldiers.
